Terms of use

These terms are between you, the business that opens an account, and Bundals Private Limited, a company in India, which runs Task Bundals at taskbundals.com.

Where things stand today

Sign-up is not open yet, so nobody has an account and nobody is bound by these terms today. They are published now so that you can read them before you decide. They apply from the day you open an account.

What the service does

Task Bundals lets a business give work to its team, collect proof that the work was done, and see what is done, late or missed. It has 24 apps. Owners and managers use it in a web browser. Staff open a link and install nothing.

What the service does not do

• It does not calculate salary, run payroll, keep accounts or pay anyone. Attendance, Leave, Expenses, Requests and Incentives are records for you to use.
• It does not give legal, tax or safety advice. The ready checklists are examples in plain words for you to change. Licence and renewal dates are entered by you; please confirm each one with whoever issued it.
• It does not decide for you. Checks, scores and incentives are fixed rules that you can read, and a person approves the work.
• It does not send messages by itself.

Your account

You are responsible for who you add, the work you give, and the rules you set. You must have the right to add each staff member’s phone number and to send them work messages. Keep each password private, and give each manager their own way to log in.

Messages

A manager shares each work link in a message from their own number, using their own messaging app. The terms and any charges of that app are between you and its provider. We do not sell or resell messages.

Price and payment

Prices are coming soon. There is no setup fee and no charge per branch. Nothing is charged today. The prices, and any taxes that apply, will be shown on the pricing page before anything is sold.

Your data

Your records belong to you. While your account is open you can download your reports as files. See the privacy policy for how personal data is handled.

Fair use

Do not use the service to break the law, to harass staff, or to track people outside the moments described in the notice for staff. Do not put anything into it that you have no right to keep, such as another person’s private records.

Stopping

You can stop at any time. See the refunds and cancellation page. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. We will write to the account owner first, unless the law or a risk to other people means we cannot wait.

Liability and disputes

The clauses on the limits of liability, on the law that applies and on where a dispute is heard are being written with our lawyer. They will be added to this page before sign-up opens, and you will be able to read them before you open an account.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top will change, and account owners will be told before the change takes effect.
