Sign-up for Task Bundals is not open yet. This website does not ask you for any personal details, has no account to log in to, and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch them.
If you write to us by email, we receive your email address and what you wrote, and we use them to reply to you.
The rest of this page describes how the service handles personal data once accounts are open.
We handle personal data under the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act) and the rules made under it as they come into force.
A business that uses Task Bundals decides which of its people to add and what work to give them. For those people’s details the business is in charge, and we handle the details on its behalf and on its instructions.
The page a staff member opens for a piece of work, and the page for a checklist, do not take or track location, and they say so on the page. Location is asked for only at an attendance punch or at a tap on a visit, in the apps a business chooses to use, and only if the person’s phone allows it. If the person says no, the punch or the tap is still saved and is marked as having no location. Nobody is tracked in the background.
To get work to the right person, to show the proof to the manager, and to show the owner what is done, late or missed. Personal data is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.
The first time a staff member opens a work link, a short note tells them what is kept and who can see it. They tap to continue, or tap that they do not agree. If they do not agree, nothing is saved for that visit.
Task Bundals does not send messages by itself. A manager shares each work link in a message from their own number, using the messaging app on their own phone. That app handles the message under its own terms. We record only that the manager pressed Share or Copy. We do not record whether a message was delivered or read.
We plan to host data in India. The hosting company and its location will be named on this page before sign-up opens.
For as long as the business has an account. What happens to the data after an account is closed will be written on this page before sign-up opens. Where the law needs a record kept, it is kept for as long as the law needs.
If you are a staff member, your employer is the first place to ask, because your employer added your details. You can also write to us directly and we will work with your employer on it.
Write to info@bundals.com and put “Privacy” in the subject line. Tell us the name of the business and what you are asking for. We read every such message and reply by email.
The DPDP Act also gives you the right to take a complaint to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with how we dealt with it.
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top will change, and account owners will be told before the change takes effect.
