Follow one piece of work from the line you say to the score on your screen. Your team installs nothing along the way.
Type the work the way you would say it: “Pooja, cut the Diwali reel by 4.” Fixed rules pick out the person, the due time and the proof, and show them back for you to correct.
The person gets a message with one link. It opens one page with big buttons. Nothing is installed and nothing has to be remembered.
They tick the lines and attach the file, paste a link, or enter a number. If they are stuck they tap “Report a problem” instead.
Fixed checks run first: is the file attached, was it sent before the due time. Then a person approves it or sends it back with a note.
A reminder for the person comes up before the due time and again at the due time, for the manager to share. Then the manager is told. Then the work is marked missed and the owner is told.
Done, late and missed are counted per person and per office. The owner opens one screen and sees the week.
This is the Diwali reel at Northlight Studio, our example business. Hetal Shah, the owner, asks for it on Monday at 10:02 am. Pooja Desai sends the file at 3:40 pm. Jignesh Patel, her manager, approves it at 3:52 pm.
Your team installs nothing and remembers nothing. Each person gets a message with a link to one page with big buttons. The message is shared by the manager, from the manager’s own number.
Proof is a photo, a file, a link, a number or tick lines. Fixed rules check each one before a person looks at it: is the file attached, was it sent before the due time, is the number within the limit.
Nobody has to remember to chase. If the work is not done, a reminder for the person comes up for the manager to share, then the manager is told, then you are told. Most work needs only the first step: Kiran’s pitch deck got one reminder at 5:30 pm and came in at 5:54 pm.
Every piece of work ends as done on time, late or missed. Those three counts make the score for a person and for an office. Points are plain sums by fixed rules, and any number opens the work it came from.
Step six. Every approved, late and missed piece of work lands here as one score, with the person and the office behind it.
The same score over the week, by office and by person. It can be made ready for the owner and the managers every Monday.
Most of this runs by itself after a few choices made once, in the Team app.
No AI approves, scores or decides anything here. Checks are fixed rules shown as Pass or Fail, and a manager makes the call. Location is asked for only at an attendance punch or a visit tap, and only if the person allows it.
No setup fee. No charge per branch.
