Questions

Questions, answered plainly.

What Task Bundals does, what it does not do, and what is not decided yet. Where the honest answer is “not yet”, it says so.

Before you start

Not yet. Sign-up opens at launch, and this site will say so when it does. Until then you can look at every app and its screen on the apps page.
Prices are coming soon. Unlimited usage, no per user charge, no per client charge, no setup fee.
No. You can start with Tasks alone and switch on other apps when you need them.
Any business with a team that is given work. Packs for Office and agency, Restaurant, Retail shop and Manufacturing are ready. Packs for eight more industries are coming.
It is for any desk team, and the Office and agency pack suits a firm that gives dated work to its staff. It is not tax or compliance software. For practice software made only for chartered-accountant firms, see our sister product CA Bundals.
No. The owner and the managers use Task Bundals in a web browser. Staff do not use it at all: they open a link from a message. There is no phone app to download, and none is promised.

For your team

No. Your team installs nothing and needs no password. Each person gets a message with a link, and the link opens one page with big buttons.
A short consent note on the first link they open, then the work page. The notice for staff says what an employer can see. It will be reviewed by a lawyer before sign-up opens.
No. Location is asked for only at an attendance punch or a visit tap, and only if the person allows it. Nobody is tracked in the background, and the page says so.
No. There are no timers, no screen recording and no tracking in the background. It records the work given, the proof sent and when. Attendance, if you switch it on, is a selfie punch when a person comes in and when they leave.
A photo, a file, a link, a number with limits, or tick lines, checked by fixed rules such as “file attached” and “sent before the due time”. A checklist line can also ask for a line of text or a pick from a list. A signature is taken only in Visits, drawn by the person visited.

How work is followed

It can happen. That is why it shows what it understood, the person, the due time and the proof, before anything goes out. You correct any of them and then send.
The reminder ladder runs. A reminder for the person comes up before the due time and again at the due time, and the manager shares it in one tap. Then the manager is told. Then the work is marked missed and the owner is told. You set the timings and the quiet hours once.
No. Every check, score and incentive is a fixed rule you can read. There is no AI in the product today, and a person approves the work.
No. A manager sees only the people and the work of their own branch. The owner sees every branch.
Yes. One line can ask for a tick, the next for a number with limits, a photo, a file, a line of text or a pick from a list.
A checklist can be given to a shift instead of one name. It then goes to a person who is on that shift that day, and the manager shares the link with them.
It is shown to the manager as failed. If you switch it on for that checklist, a failed line also becomes a Problem by itself. A plain rule in Automations can do more, such as raising the Problem to a person you choose.

Money and data

Nobody pays us for messages. Task Bundals sends no message by itself. A manager shares each work link and each reminder from their own number: the share button opens WhatsApp with the message ready, or copies it. Nothing is shown as delivered or read, because that is not tracked.
No. There is no charge per branch or office.
No. Attendance, Leave, Expenses and Requests are records: who came, who asked, who approved, the bill photo. They do not calculate salary, keep accounts or pay anyone.
No. Every record belongs to one business, and the server checks that on every request. A staff link opens only the one piece of work it was made for.
Not answered here? The six steps show one piece of work from start to finish, and the apps page shows every screen. You can also write to us from the contact page.
For the steps on each screen, read the eight lessons in Learn Task Bundals. The legal pages are here: privacy, terms, refunds and the notice for staff. Each one will be reviewed by a lawyer before sign-up opens.
