The reminder ladder

Missed work climbs a ladder.

Nobody has to remember to chase. If the work is not done, a reminder for the person comes up for the manager to share, then the manager is told, then you are told. Most work needs only the first step: Kiran’s pitch deck got one reminder at 5:30 pm and came in at 5:54 pm.

Quiet hours. No reminder comes up between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. You can change the hours.
Missed again and again. The same work missed twice in 7 days goes under “Needs you” for the owner.
Shared, not sent. The portal sends no message by itself. Each reminder has a share button, and the manager sends it from their own number.

Questions owners ask

No. Your team installs nothing and needs no password. Each person gets a message with a link, and the link opens one page with big buttons.
A photo, a file, a link, a number with limits, or tick lines, checked by fixed rules such as “file attached” and “sent before the due time”. A checklist line can also ask for a line of text or a pick from a list. A signature is taken only in Visits, drawn by the person visited.
Nobody pays us for messages. Task Bundals sends no message by itself. A manager shares each work link and each reminder from their own number: the share button opens WhatsApp with the message ready, or copies it. Nothing is shown as delivered or read, because that is not tracked.
No. Location is asked for only at an attendance punch or a visit tap, and only if the person allows it. Nobody is tracked in the background, and the page says so.
No. Attendance, Leave, Expenses and Requests are records: who came, who asked, who approved, the bill photo. They do not calculate salary, keep accounts or pay anyone.
